These terms apply to the DM BIM Tools add-in for Autodesk Revit, the DM BIM Tools AI service and this website. By installing or using DM BIM Tools you agree to them.
The software
DM BIM Tools is created by Dhivakar M. You may install and use it for your own work and your company's projects. You may not resell it, remove the author's name, copy it into another product or try to get around the licence and usage checks.
Free tools
CAD to Native, Image to Family (without AI) and Family Downgrade are free to use. They are provided as they are, and may change or be improved over time.
DM BIM Tools AI and company plans
DM BIM Tools AI needs an approved account and a licence. Each plan has a usage allowance shown as a percentage in the add-in; when it is used up, the AI may slow down to a faster mode or pause until the plan renews or is topped up. Prices and plan details are agreed with your company in writing.
Check every family
DM BIM Tools builds families automatically from drawings, datasheets and pictures, and AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking sizes, connectors, parameters and anything else before a family is used in a project, for fabrication or for coordination.
Your files
You keep all rights to the files you use and the families you create. You must have the right to use the drawings, datasheets and pictures you send. See the privacy policy for how files are handled.
Acceptable use
Do not use DM BIM Tools to break the law, to overload or attack the service, or to share your account outside your company.
No warranty
DM BIM Tools is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DM BIM Tools and its creator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or project delays. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount your company paid for DM BIM Tools in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using DM BIM Tools at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. DM BIM Tools is an independent product and is not made or endorsed by Autodesk.
